Zusammenfassung: | electrothermics, specifically, technological plants of induction heating of current-conducting bodies. SUBSTANCE: in accordance with method metal blanks for pressing of cable sheaths are heated by induction nonuniformly along their lengths and simultaneously in two cylindrical inductors embracing blanks from outside to temperature of plastic deformation, then blanks are fed less heated into press pusher from both sides and cable sheath is put on bunched wires by way of pressing and extrusion of sheath through outlet of press pusher. Both inductors and all their sections are supplied from one power supply source with adjustable frequency. Sections of each of two inductors are switched over in turn in process of formation of preset gradient curve of final temperature state along length of blanks. Duration of power pulse applied at given time moment to sections of inductor is altered in proportion to sign of modulus of difference of temperatures specified by required gradient curve and temperatures measured by photographic pyrometers whose sight tubes are positioned in center of each section. Device for realization of proposed method has two cylindrical inductors embracing heated metal blanks from outside and power supply source with adjustable frequency. All sections of both inductors are connected in series with regard to terminals of source. Inductors include several sections placed one inside another and have different number of turns decreasing with each layer of section from the inside outwards. Number of sections grows towards more heated end. EFFECT: enhanced productivity of device. 2 cl, 4 dwg |
