SUBSTANCE: method consists in that during the process of mixing, flow of sugar and blend are subjected to vibrating action at inlet into vessel by passing through at least one generator of hydrodynamic oscillations installed inside or outside of ejector chamber. The generator is made in the form of cylindrical working chamber with at least one tangential channel for liquid access and outlet channel in the form of diffuser. Frequency of harmonic oscillations is determined by the formula: where ρl is liquid density, kg/cu.m; Pm is oscillations amplitude produced by generator of hydrodynamic oscillations, MPa; Q is consumption of liquid passed through generator of hydrodynamic oscillations, cu.m/s; S is summary area of cross section of outlet tangential channels for liquid access, cu.m. The device for method embodiment contains a vessel with branch pipes for supply of sugar and blend, unit for mixing and recirculating contour for liqueur. The unit for mixing includes at least one generator of hydrodynamic oscillations installed lower the liquid level in the vessel inside or outside of ejector chamber and connected with recirculating contour. The generator is made in the form of cylindrical working chamber with at least one tangential channel for liquid access and outlet channel in the form of diffuser.
