Vacuum chamber is positioned on vessel upper cylindrical surface so as to define single cavity with it. Vacuum chamber is connected to vacuumizer and water source. Vessel is filled with water or liquid having freezing temperature below 0 C. Temperature sensor may be mounted in lower part of vessel and connected to vacuumizer.
