ANTIPARASITIC, ANTIBACTERIAL, ANTI-INFLAMMATORY OINTMENT SHOWING PROLONGED EFFECT

FIELD: veterinary science, medicine, pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agent used for treatment of animals and humans with parasitic diseases caused by mites, insects, nematodes and complicated or noncomplicated with microflora. Ointment has avermectin complex consisting of avertin N, or aversectin C, or abamectin, or ivermectin and others as an antiparasitic agent and sulfur and dimethylsulf-oxide as an antibacterial and an anti-inflammatory agent and one of cellulose derivative (acetylcellulose, or methyl-cellulose, or cellulose acetophthalate, or microcrystalline cellulose, or hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose and others) as prolongator and dimethylsulfoxide, castor oil, lanolin as penetrating agent and softening skin. Methyluracil and ascorbic acid are used for recovery processes, acceleration of cellular regeneration and enhancement of resistance in host-organism. Polyethylene glycol-400 is used as a solvent. Vaseline is used as ointment base and all components are taken at the definite ratios. After once-twice applying ointment the proposed composition provides 100% curative, antiparasitic and anti-inflammatory efficiency being even in cases complicated with secondary infection as compared with treatment using the known analog.
