SUBSTANCE: proposed device for preparation of calibration gas and vapor mixture has vessel for saturation of gas with vapors of substance, gas line to feed gas into vessel, gas line to discharge gas and vapor mixture from vessel, fixture for dilution of gas and vapor mixture, gas line to feed flow of diluting gas into mentioned fixture, line to discharge diluted gas and vapor mixture from fixture into calibrated gas analyzer and gas flow rate analyzer. Device is fitted with adsorber installed in gas line to discharge diluted gas and vapor mixture across outlet of calibrated gas analyzer or in parallel to it. EFFECT: enlarged range of substances suitable for preparation of calibration gas and vapor mixtures. 4 cl, 3 dwg
