Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: purification of technical and food liquids and water. SUBSTANCE: filter member consists of porous organic base to which porous metal filtering membrane is applied. The membrane is made of one of metals including Ti, Zr, Hf, Cr, Al, Nb, stainless steel, or of one of oxynitrides of these metals, or of one of nitrides of these metals. Porous polymer base in the form of cylindrical article is located on metal turning device in working chamber at zero electrical potential between article and chamber body. Working chamber is evacuated down to pressure of (4,5-8,2).10-2 mm Hg, mechanism carrying the base is started rotating, arcs on consumable cathodes made of one of metals including Ti, Zr, Hf, Cr, Al, Ni, stainless steel are initiated. Upon attainment of base temperature of 82-90 C and working gas pressure of (1,6-6,3).10-2 mm Hg, process of electric arc evaporation is interrupted by arc extinction. New cycle of deposition by spraying is started at cooling base down to 26-27 C and reduction of pressure in working chamber down to initial value. Number of cycles is governed by preset thickness of filtering membrane and amounts to at least 5 cycles. The filter member ensures micro-, ultra-, or nano-filtration.
