Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: anticorrosive coatings and methods of treatment of metal structures. SUBSTANCE: multilayer anticorrosive coating consists of primer layer formed from at least two zinc-containing layers and at least one cover layer formed from alumo-containing material. In this case, zinc- and alumo-containing layers are formed in medium of ethyl-silicate binder. The method of anticorrosive treatment of metal structures consists in formation on preliminarily prepared surface of primer zinc-containing layer in medium of ethyl-silicate binder by successive application of at least two layers with subsequent application of at least one cover layer of alumo-containing material in medium of ethyl-silicate binder. Surface is preliminarily prepared by its degreasing and subsequent shot-blast cleaning or tow-stage phosphatizing. In formation of primer layer, highly dispersed zinc powder and ethyl-silicate binder are used in ratio 1:1 to 2:1, respectively, and in formation of cover layer, aluminum powder and ethyl-silicate binder are used in weight ratio from 0.05: 0.95 to 0.1:0.9, respectively. Ethyl-silicate binder contains, wt.%: ethyl silicate, 11.5-12.7; polyvinylbutyral, 5.5-7.7; 73-% orthophosphoric acid, 0.15-0.45; ethyl alcohol, 72.1-76.5; water, the balance. Anticorrosive coating has high aesthetic properties, ensures prolonged protection and high corrosion resistance within entire range of corrosivity of air medium and humidity zones.
