Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: for each light product run off in the course of primary petroleum processing, a part of stream is bypassed, heated until product is transferred into a state region close to ideal gas state and then cooled. Non-condensed vapor phase is reheated to transfer it into above-mentioned state. From measured temperatures, pressures, pressure gradients in narrowing devices, and weight flows of bypass and its vapor phase, molecular weights of the latter are calculated. From calculated parameters, current values of guide boiling temperatures for run off fractions are found and compared with specified ones, which allows flow rates for live and circulation refluxes in rectification columns to be varied in order to level current and specified values of guide boiling temperatures of bled fractions. Simultaneously, one calculates current values of recoveries of light fractions, corrects equations relating recoveries of light fractions with process parameters, and applies corrected equations to find potential contents of light fractions in original petroleum at specified limitations for recovery values and quality characteristics of fractions. Depending on potential content of light fractions, amounts of products recovered in rectification columns are corrected. EFFECT: improved accuracy in controlling guide boiling temperatures of run off fractions and increased recovery of light fractions. 1 dwg, 1 tbl |
