Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exciting elastic oscillations in human body from skin surface, receiving the oscillations passing the distance from acoustic signal emitter to the receiver mounted in the center of skin projection of the organ under test, measuring received oscillation intensities, building their spatial distribution as isolines of equal signal intensity when moving oscillation excitation source in positioning it relative to the receiver in the zone of organ under test. The obtained equal intensity isolines image determining arrangement of the first and the second intermediate zones of signal attenuation in the organ under test is compared to the structure of the same zones in atlas. Oscillation excitation is carried out with broad band signal in frequency bandwidth from 130 to 5000 Hz. Received oscillation intensities are measured and visceral organs acoustic projections are built as isolines in two frequency bandwidths simultaneously. Minimum signal intensity isolines are measured and mapped in the 4000 to 5000 Hz frequency bandwidth that corresponds to outer boundaries of orthoscopic organ projection. Isolines corresponding to the first and the second intermediate zones structure are measured and mapped in the 130 to 1000 Hz frequency bandwidth. The device has acoustic oscillation receiver, personal computer forming broad band signal in programmed mode, input and output interface and drive for automatically fitting the acoustic oscillation excitation unit to the point the acoustic oscillation receiver is set. EFFECT: accelerated examination time; enhanced accuracy and reliability of diagnosis. 3 cl, 4 dwg |
