Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: oil refining for production of motor oils for autotractors. SUBSTANCE: addition agents comprise, wt %; highly alkaline calcium sulfonate, 10-22; highly alkaline calcium phenate, 20-33; polyalkenyl succinimide, 17-30; zinc dialkyldithio phosphate, 15-30; mineral oil diluent, the balance. Polyalkenyl succinimide and dialkyl dithiophosphate in weight ratio which make it possible to attain nitrogen to zinc atomic ratio of not greater than 1, preferably 0.2-0.6. Addition agents comprise ash-free phenol antioxidant in amount of not higher then 10 wt %. Addition agents are prepared by successively adding diluent to oil at temperature of 40-75 C and stirring highly alkaline calcium sulfonate and highly alkaline calcium phenate, polyalkenyl succinimide and zinc dialkyl thiophosphate and optionally adding ash-free phenol antioxidant in amount of 10 wt %.
