Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying ultrasonic dopplerography examination of the testes 7-10 days before operation. Blood circulation is quantitatively evaluated in distal part of testicle artery as resistance index. Some deviation of the value from age reference value being found, drug therapy is to be applied before and after the operation. Drugs of spasmolytic, membrane stabilization and antioxidation activity are administered. Medication therapy in postoperative period is carried out under ultrasonic examination control until resistance index is brought to normal value. EFFECT: reduced occurrence number of postoperative complications causing infertility.
