Qualitative indices are calculated under medicamentous load test with 0.5 ml of 0.1% standard solution of noradrenaline hydrochloride in subcutaneous administration. Arteriovenous coefficient and systole-to-diastole coefficient value being less than 2.5, the case of nodular goiter is considered to be diagnosed. The values being found to be equal to or greater than 2.5, thyroid gland tumor diagnosis is considered to be the case. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of differential diagnosis. 1 tbl
