UNIT FOR FASTENING OF CONTACTING DEVICE

FIELD: fastening means; applicable in mass exchange columns for installation of plates, in separators for installation of entrainment separators or centrifugal members, and in apparatuses for separation of immiscible media with different density for installation of thin-layer members. SUBSTANCE: unit for fastening of contacting member to body of mass-exchange apparatus has supporting member installed below contacting member and secured to body, sealing member and fastening means. Novelty consists in that fastening unit has base made, for instance, in the form of semirings and installed above base is hold-down in the form of profiled plate. Sealing member is located between hold-down and body. Base and hold-down are fastened with supporting member. Contacting device is secured to base from its internal side. Located between base and hold-down is sealing circular gasket. Supporting member is made in the form of bracket. Sealing member is made in the form of cord arranged over body perimeter. Cuts are made on external side of profiled plate. EFFECT: higher reliability and sealing of components joints. 5 cl, 3 dwg
