Agent is more effective than its traditional analog both under common conditions and under water stress. Agent essentially improves sowing quality of wheat seeds under drought conditions, which makes possible employing agent in risky agriculture zones. Agent shows higher solubility and stability. EFFECT: increased choice of effective seed germination activators. 1 tbl
