Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: petrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: high molecular stock is hydrogenated while catalyst is uniformly distributed in initial stock. Catalyst is prepared directly in reaction zone from emulsion formed by mixing initial stock with aqueous solution containing molybdenic acid salt, e.g. ammonium paramolybdate, and ammonia at ammonia to molybdenum weight ratio of 0.15 to 0.39:1 and having drop diameter of 0.3-5 mcm. The resulting organic compounds having boiling temperature of lower than 350 C are distilled off. Residue having boiling temperature of higher than 350 C is burned out completely of partially at 800-1000 C and catalyst is extracted from ash-slag residues in the form of ammonium paramolybdate which is recycled into process and also rare and noble metals contained in initial stock.
