Zusammenfassung:FIELD: manufacture of parts designed for operation in friction mechanisms of transportation facilities in braking units of craft anchor-mooring mechanisms, and in other branches of mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: TRIBONIT material includes butadiene-nitrile rubber, phenol-formaldehyde resin, vulcanizing group, iron minium and asbestos as a filler. Material is distinguished by the fact that it additionally contains lignin flour, or its mixture with graphite in capacity of filler, and oligoester acrylate, or its mixture with calcium stearate as plasticizer. Material contains components in the following ratio, wt.%: butadiene-nitrile rubber, 5.0-30.0; phenol-formaldehyde resin, 5.0-25.0; vulcanizing group, 1.0-5.0; iron minium, 5.0-50.0; lignin flour or its mixture with graphite, 1.0-50.0; plasticizer, 1.0-20.0; asbestos, the balance. EFFECT: higher strength characteristics capable of operation under conditions of friction with stable friction coefficient in temperature range of 250-350 C and in aggressive media. 6 tbl
