Hybridoma produces monoclonal antibodies directed to nucleolus antigen (molecular mass is 35 and 43 kDa) that is detected in proliferating cells of different species, tissue and strain belonging. Invention ensures to study the process of cellular proliferation in malignant diseases and can be used for identification of proliferating cells.
