SUBSTANCE: sweet liqueur contains the following components, l/1000 dal of prepared product: black currant alcoholized juice, 2800-3200; aqueous-alcoholic infusion from buds of black currant of the Ist discharging, 9.5-10.5; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 2700-2750; citric acid in terms of mass concentration of acids in prepared product, 0.6 g/100 cu. cm; aqueous-alcoholic liquid from ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and water, the balance. The combination of ingredients allows to prepare sweet liqueur with higher organoleptical properties, stable at storage and enriched with complex of biologically active substances.
