Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking venous blood, producing blood platelets membranes, extracting lipids from them and determining their quantity by means of spectrophotometry method. e first, seventh and fifteenth day when admitting a patient in hospital before operation and in postoperative period. Leukocyte intoxication index (LII) is calculated and the data are analyzed taking into account patient ages. Phospholipide fractions like sphyngomyeline, lysophosphatidyl choline and cholesterol level in blood platelets membranes by applying thin layer chromatography on silufol. Then, diagnostic coefficient DC is calculated from formula DC=1/1+expexp-x, where X =13.25+5.92*SM - 2.88*LPC + 0.08*CH + 0.29*age, SM is the sphyngomyeline level in blood platelets membranes (nmole/106 cells), CH is the cholesterol level in blood platelets membranes (nmole/106 cells). DC value being equal to 0.5, cardiac ischemia disease is to be diagnosed in a patient. EFFECT: high accuracy and information capacity of diagnosis method. 1 tbl
