Zusammenfassung:FIELD: boiler plants of thermal and electric power stations, low - and medium-power boilers, heat-generating plants and metallurgical, building and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: heat treatment of atomized fuel jet is accomplished at the jet issue by a flow of thermal plasma generated by an electric arc gas heater in the pre-combustion chamber pre-heated to 500 to 750 C by the flow of plasma; the length of the plasma flow is formed proceeding from a definite condition. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and economy of the processes of ignition and stabilization of burning of water-carbon fuel. 2 dwg
