Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: construction industry, in particular, equipment for washing and disinfecting of rubbish chute shaft, and for fire suppression. SUBSTANCE: cleaning apparatus has casing with door and opening in its bottom, brush provided with weight and suspended on cable to electric drive, pipeline system with water-stopping fitting for supplying liquid into rubbish chute and vent pipe. Apparatus is further provided with mixer and water distributing tray positioned within casing. Water distributing tray is made in the form of ring and arranged on casing bottom in axial alignment with casing opening. Mixer is provided with cover for filling disinfectant solution and partition wall with opening. Mixer input union is connected with water-stopping fitting, and mixer output union is positioned above annular channel of water distributing tray. Electric drive is mounted inside casing.
