SUBSTANCE: device is designed as slab metal plate, which is made from bronze, brass, pure titan or aluminum alloys. Length of plate is within range of 1.3-1.45 of its width; its thickness is 4-70 mm, corresponding to 0.02-0.05 of its length. Flat surface of plate has through holes, which are spaced by distance, which is equal to quotient of division of length and width of plate by factor, which is within range of 1.4-1.9. Right angles of plate may have cuts, which size is not greater than 0.1 of plate width. EFFECT: increased range and precision of sound, possibility to reproduce harmonious bell sound. 7 cl, 2 dwg
