SUBSTANCE: method involves dissecting tissues using ultrasonic destruction aspiration unit having 22.5 kHz frequency and 0 to 300 mcm operation end piece action power. Peritoneum is dissected first at destruction aspiration unit operation end piece diameter. Fat tissue covering an organ is removed from under the peritoneum through the incision. Blood vessels, nerves and ducts are released from fat after applying broad cut of the peritoneum. The fat tissue is removed by means of destruction aspiration unit by dividing it in fragments and sucking through the operation channel. Operation end piece cuts thin connective tissue bridges. Capillary hemorrhages are stopped. EFFECT: safe and quick method for selecting blood vessels and nerves during operation .
