Container is placed in metal case which provides for thickness of suspension layer equal to 6-8 mm. Case with suspension of cells is placed at first step in liquid cooling agent at temperature of 26-30 C and kept in it for 15-25 min. At the second step case with suspension is arranged in storage-refrigerator at temperature of minus 40-50 C. The method ensures reliable safety of full morphological and functional value of depreserved myelocaryocytes and committed cells-predecessors after 120 days of bone marrow storage. EFFECT: higher efficiency of preservation. 2 ex
