SUBSTANCE: method includes sampling of animal blood, preparation of sample for photometric analysis registration of sample absorption coefficient. In this case, sample is used in the form of blood hemolysate. Absorption coefficient is registered within band with maximum at wave length of 422 nm, and if its value exceeds 2, animal is considered healthy, otherwise, leukosis is diagnosed.
