SUBSTANCE: device includes trailer with quick-freezing cryogen plant mounted on it, sorting-out table and refrigerator for frozen products. Prior to placing the frozen products in refrigerator, they are placed in boxes and are accumulated in isothermal accumulating container equipped with wheels to facilitate its motion to and from refrigerator. Device includes also tank filled with liquid nitrogen and located on trailer. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency; quick and easy mounting of equipment; improved quality of products. 1 dwg
