SUBSTANCE: invention has a heating surface and at least one heat conducting element connected to it by a welded joint, the heating surface consists of parts interconnected by a welded joint, the parts are made of metals and/or metal alloys with different thermal conductivities, or of the same metal or its alloys with a high thermal conductivity, and the heat conducting elements are made integral and/or built-up of metals and/or metal alloys with a high thermal conductivity; the built-up heat conducting elements are made of parts of different metals and/or alloys interconnected by a welded joint; the thermal conductivity of the material of the heat conducting elements connected to the heating surface should be not lower than the thermal conductivity of the material of the heating surface part to which they are connected by various joints or in their combinations.
