Zusammenfassung:FIELD: chemical, petroleum extractive, petroleum refining, food, fodder, pharmaceutical, perfume, microbiological, power-generating fuel, chemico-photographic branches of industry, construction, highway engineering, etc. SUBSTANCE: treatment is conducted in a rotor-pulsation acoustic apparatus in the conditions of simultaneous high-frequency action on medium on the side of the rotating and stator by fan vibrations of various shape, frequency, amplitude, intensity with a low- frequency action of the stator vibrating on the flexible member of the umbrella-shaped body relative to the rotor and body. Treatment with a variable high-frequency action on medium on the side of the rotating rotor and stator is conducted by variation of frequency on the rotating rotor, geometry of the rotor and stator, acoustic quality of their materials, their relative arrangement. Treatment with a variable low-frequency action on medium on the side of the stator is conducted by variation of stiffness of the body flexible member, its geometry, type of fitting in the body, acoustic quality of its material. The apparatus has a stator and rotor, the stator is installed in the body by means of the body flexible member and stator flexible members. The body flexible member is made in the form of a membrane, the body flexible member may be made in the form of two membranes fastened to each other in the center and periphery.
