Used emulsion is fed to slag of open-hearth furnace of two-pool steel making unit on surface of red hot slag during passage of regenerative air through slag chamber or simultaneously to both slag chambers. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of used combustible components of liquid wastes; complete decontamination of used emulsion; reduced contents of nitric oxides below maximum permissible concentration. 1 dwg
