SUBSTANCE: composition including isoprene-styrene block copolymer as film-forming basis, (meth)acrylate monomer or mixture of such monomers as cross-linking agent, 2,2-dimethoxy-2- phenylacetophenone as photoinitiation agent, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4- methylphenol as heat inhibitor, dye, plasticizer, and mixed solvent is distinguished by that it contains: as plasticizer, oil-polymer resin (1.85- 2.73 wt parts), as mixed solvent, toluene and "kalosha" gasoline at ratio from 5:5 to 2:8 (73.94-74.05 wt parts), and, additionally, 2,2-dimethyl-2- hydroxyacetophenone as synergetic photoinitiation agent (0.370-0.560 wt parts), contents of other components being the following, weight parts: isoprene-styrene block copolymer 18.48-18.51, (meth)acrylate monomer or monomer mixture 3.70-4.63, dye 0.001-0.002, and 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4- methylphenol 0.037-0.092.
