Zusammenfassung:FIELD: gas analyzing technology. SUBSTANCE: detector has two chambers separated by electron-penetrable partition. One of chambers houses non-radioactive electron source. Collector electrode is mounted in other chamber with analyzed gas inlet and outlet pipes connected to it. Separating partition is made of solid layer of material penetrable for electrons and non-penetrable for gas. Chamber holding non-radioactive electron source is evacuated. Electron source is connected to accelerating voltage supply. EFFECT: eliminated contact between analyzed gas and effective surface of electron source. 7 cl, 2 dwg
