DEVICE FOR CLEANING BOTTOM-HOLE ZONE OF WELLS

FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: device has depression chamber with head-piece. Also provided are following components: hydraulic pulser, valve unit, tail-piece with perforated holes, and actuating unit. Depression chamber is made in the form of two concentrically positioned pipes and in its lower part it is provided with sleeve of cross-wise section. Internal line of pipes in depression chamber is hermetically connected in its upper part with head-piece, and in its lower part it is connected with cross-wise sleeve. Hydraulic pulser has body, upper and lower supports with axial holes, and cylindrical step-like rotor which is installed in upper support. Step-like rotor is adapted for rotation. Inclined hole is made in cylinder of larger diameter. Actuating unit includes adapter body with holes, limiter, piston with circular groove, and locking balls. Locking balls are located in holes of adapter and in groove of piston and they ensure interaction between adapter and limiter. Adapter of actuating unit is installed in body and is adapted for axial shifting inside body for example due to shear pins. Cross-wise section sleeve has axial holes for connection of depression chamber with bottom-hole zone of well. It also has radial holes for communication of internal space of pipes being lowered with annular space. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device enhances reliability and efficiency in cleaning of bottom-hole zone of wells. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 2 dwg
