SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of 1-benzene-sulfonyl-1,3-dihydroindole-2-on'e of the general formula (I) where R1 - halogen atom, trifluoromethyl or C1-7-alkoxyl; R3,R4 - sigma-hydroxyalkyl where hydroxyl is substituted possibly with alkyl, tetrahydrofuranyl or tetrahydropyranyl; or R3,R4 in common form the group -(CH2)pX(CH2)q-; or R3,R4 in common with carbon atom to which they are bound form hydrocarbon C3-12-cycle (possibly condensed), possibly substituted with alkyl, oxo-group, 1-2 hydroxyls; R5 is C1-7-alkoxyl; R6 is guanidine radical (other values see in p. 1 of the invention claim) and also their possible salts that show affinity to vasopressin and/or oxytocin receptors.
