Hypertrophic area of the interventricular septum is resected depending on its position on the superior, medium or inferior part of the septum. Concomitant mitral regurgitation correction is carried out by setting mitral valve prosthesis. EFFECT: avoided phenomena of mechanical obstruction; eliminated mitral insufficiency; increased left ventricle volume.
