Ratio of integral area of trimethylamine oxide signal and integral area of creatinine signal is calculated. Endogenic form of bronchial asthma is diagnosed at relative coefficient 38 arbitrary units and above and exogenic form of bronchial asthma is diagnosed at relative coefficient less 38 arbitrary units. The proposed method ensures to make the diagnosis during the exacerbation and at the early period of the disease. EFFECT: improved method of diagnosis, simplified and noninvasive method. 2 ex
