Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: study of physical and mechanical properties of metals, diagnostics of actual condition of structure of aircraft after certain operating time in process of preventive inspection of aircraft. SUBSTANCE: process is based on comparison of specific conductance of bearing member with correlation dependence between specific conductance and mechanical properties of material obtained beforehand. Salient feature of process lies in establishment of specified dependence for stage of reconstruction under various conditions of thermal treatment of initial material. Specific conductance is found by method of eddy currents. Establishment of correlation dependence between rising specific conductance and diminishing strength of material makes it possible to enhance authenticity of determination of actual condition of high-temperature alloy in structure of aircraft loosing its strength by method of nondestructive testing.
