Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: refrigerating engineering; freezing technique; air-conditioning and air dehumidifying units using thermoelectric Peltier effect modules; measuring technology, radio electronic equipment, vacuum electronic devices, etc. SUBSTANCE: getter is placed in capsule which is connected to vacuum pump. Then capsule is evacuated and getter is activated. Sealed-up capsule is placed in working volume which is evacuated and sealed up, after which getter is placed in working position through mechanical destruction of capsule made from brittle vacuum-tight material. EFFECT: low labor consumption; enhanced operational and economical efficiency; possibility of protracted maintenance of vacuum due to avoidance of rise of temperature inside pressure-sealed volume in placing the getter in working position. |
