Zusammenfassung:FIELD: rolled stock production, namely bearing assemblies of rolls of mills for rolling sheets, bars and rods. SUBSTANCE: liquid- friction bearing assembly for roll of rolling mill includes sleeve-insert with hydrodynamic pockets and holes for supplying liquid lubricant, sleeve-trunnion, front and back covers. Pockets are spaced from end of sleeve-insert at side of roll barrel by distance consisting 0.75-0.95 of distance from pockets until end of sleeve-insert at side opposite relative to roll barrel. EFFECT: enhanced loading capacity and rotation number of bearing assembly without increasing power of oil supply systems. 3 dwg
