Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: mechanical engineering; instrumentation engineering; machine-tool industry and metalworking industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes application of layer of epilame. Various film of silicon dioxide is preliminarily applied to friction surfaces of friction pair components; this film is made from film-forming solution of polymer esters of orthosilicic acid in pressure of organic solvent, water and acid catalyst by means of hydrolytic polycondensation followed by heat treatment in air at temperature of part of 350 to 650 C for 1 to 5 minutes. Besides that, components in form of soluble compounds of alloying metals are introduced in film-forming solution; finely-dispersed abrasive powder is also introduced in this solution. Application of epilame film is effect under action of ultrasonic oscillations. Vitrious film is applied from film-forming solution on base of titanium, germanium, tin, zirconium, aluminium, antimony, vanadium, thorium, bismuth and tungsten. EFFECT: extended service life of coats; enhanced wear resistance and retaining this property during extended period of time due to thermocompression diffusion of alloying metals in boundary layer of friction pairs and due to enhanced strength of bounding of abrasive-like powder by vitrious binder. 5 cl |
