Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: in production of materials capable of protecting biological objects from penetrating electromagnetic emissions, in the first step, emission-absorbing component is mixed with dry mineral binder, and air-entraining admixture solution is prepared. In the second step, building mix components are displaced in mixing zone with velocity 14.5 to 47.5 m/s by means of horizontal brackets and mix is simultaneously homogenized by radial helical reciprocation of mix particles along each of horizontal brackets. Mineral binder is activated in mixing zone by cavitation power pulses generated in counter collisions of air and air-entraining admixture solution jets.
