Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: alloys for electronics and instrument making. SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for thermal emitters of surface-ionization detectors of amines, hydrazines and their derivatives. Monocrystalline molybdenum is injected to produce effective material with iridium in the amount from 0.05 to 0.15 per cent by mass which is uniformly distributed over entire volume in process of growth of monocrystal. Method of activation of thermal emitter consists in its high-temperature annealing at temperature from 0.7 to 0.8 melting temperature of iridium in vacuum or in atmosphere of inert gas under partial pressure of oxygen from 0.0001 to 0.001 Pa with subsequent oxidation in air at temperature from 700 to 1000 K.
