Zusammenfassung:FIELD: biotechnology, microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of the method for preparing microorganism biomass - baker's yeast - on the mixed carbon-containing nutrient medium. Method involves culturing microorganisms, mainly yeast, on the nutrient medium containing the source of carbon and nitrogen and functionally necessary mineral additions. Process is carried out for two stages on the nutrient medium containing noncarbohydrate raw as carbon source, under aeration conditions at each stage followed by separation of biomass from cultural liquid. Culturing is carried out up to the complete utilization of noncarbohydrate substrate and metabolites to be assimilated. At the second stage yeast is cultured on carbohydrate raw for two stages. At the first stage yeast is adapted to carbon raw and at the second stage biomass is grown up to the complete utilization of the source of carbohydrate nutrition. The source of carbohydrate nutrition is taken at amount 0.2-1.0% of assimilable reducing substances. Method alternates the type of metabolism of microorganisms and biomass can be used as a source of nutrition in the human diet and as protein addition to feed for animals. EFFECT: decreased consumption of carbohydrate raw, improved quality and broad use of the end product. 4 tbl, 2 ex
