Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: specimen shaped as rectangular frame is welded from welded article material. Cross bar is installed inside specimen, in the middle, at angle of 5-30 deg. to frame plane. It is welded to frame cross piece, introduced into frame plane with effort, and its second end is welded to second cross piece. Then cross bar is cut at distance of 10-50 mm from second cross piece, and angle of cross bar inclination to frame plane is measured. Second specimen is welded in the same way and subjected to operation for removal of stresses under approximate operating condition. Cross bar is cut, and angle of its deflection from frame plane is measured. Operating condition efficiency is judged by difference of deflection angles of cross bar from planes of frames of first and second specimens. EFFECT: enhanced truth of results. 4 dwg |
