SUBSTANCE: method involves providing strip plowing of soil in autumn, with plowed strips alternating with unplowed strips; removing snow cover from soil strips at snow initial melting period, with snow being removed in direction transverse to plowed strips. Width of plowed and unplowed strips is 3-8 and 10-20 m, respectively. Width of alternating strips free of snow cover and strips with snow cover is 3-4 and 10-20 m, respectively.
