Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: production of activating compounds for treatment of metal surfaces before phosphatization. SUBSTANCE: to produce compound, sodium carbonate ((Na2CO3)) is mixed with titanium- containing component selected from series including titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4), hexafluorinetitanate potassium (K2[TiF6]) titanyl sulfate ((TiOSO4)) by adding of titanium-containing component, mainly, TiCl4 to aqueous solution of sodium carbonate up to ceasing of liberation of carbon dioxide. In this case, amount of sodium carbonate in aqueous solution equals 3-20 wt.% of total amount introduced into mixture. Remaining amount of sodium carbonate in form of powder is introduced into obtained suspension, and then, orthophosphoric acid is added with sodium carbonate-titanium-containing component-orthophosphoric acid ratio of 1:(0.027- 0.16):(0.72-0.87), respectively. Product is dried during one stage at temperature up to 110 C and ground. EFFECT: high service characteristics of product produced by claimed method. 4 cl, 2 tbl |
