Invention relates to glycoprotein isolated from animal and human blood serum of the following formula of N-terminal fragment: R-Asn-Thr-Pro-Lys-Gly-Ile-Ala-Ala-Ala-Phe-Lys where R - a residue of oligosaccharide of the general formula: (Man)3-5-(GleNAc)2 where Man - a residue of mannose; GlcNAc - a residue of N-acetylglucoseamine. Serum glycoprotein shows the biological activity at superlow doses - at concentrations 10-14-10 M, its molecular mass is 12.5 kDa.
