INSTALLATION FOR PREPARATION OF FOAM CONCRETE MIX

FIELD: production of building materials, applicable for preparation of foam concrete mix. SUBSTANCE: the device has a bunker for dry components, constant-level tank, foam generator with a working member, dry mix, water or admixture and foam solution feed assemblies, foam concrete mixer with an agitating member. The foam generator is made in the form of a scroll with a built-in turbine fitted on the working member and connected to the constant-level tank and foam feed assembly. The foam concrete mixer is made with successive distribution over its length of the dry mix, water or admixture and foam solution feed zones. In the dry mix, water or admixtures solution feed zones, as well as in the mortar unloading zone, the agitating member is made in the form of a screw conveyor, and in the foam feed zone - in the form of blades installed in a helix.
