SUBSTANCE: gas-turbine plant has gas producer module and power module incorporating respective rotors moving at arbitrary speed and cases joined together by means of coupling member. Cylindrical shell is mounted on first-module case. Fixed on second-module case is flange with annular drilling on end surface open to rotor axis and annular lid covering the drilling. Coupling member is made in the form of annular shell with flange; it is mounted concentrically relative to first-module shell for axial rotation. Coupling member flange is placed inside drilling on flange of second-module case for radial displacement and is held in position by means of annular lid.
