TRANSPORTATION COMPLEX OF MEGAPOLICE AND METHOD FOR REGULATING AND RELIEVING PASSENGER, CARGO-PASSENGER AND CARGO TRAFFIC FLOWS IN IT

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: according to invention, transportation complex of large cities such as Moscow with suburbs must have at least two belt or ring highways with external of them containing at least 0.45-0.48 crossing units per 1 km with other motor roads of transportation complex, and at least 22% of them are crossing with highways which connect megapolice with other megapolices, and not less than 77% of then are crossings with highways which connect megapolice with cities and towns which are close to megapolice. Given in description of invention is also optimal number of crossings with railway trunk lines and branches, with lines of coastwise trade, optimal number of medium and small bridges in separate grade crossings, and of tunnels according to sectors of external ring highway. Method for regulating and relieving traffic flows of complex is aimed at periodic, without disturbance to traffic, reconstruction of at least part of highways in complex and/or artificial structures for ensuring optimal introduction of them according to types of structures and to sectors of external ring highway per 1 km of its length.
