SUBSTANCE: copolymers are prepared by heterofunctional polycondensation of polyphenylsesquioxane of formula I: (I), wherein R is phenyl and m= 3-10, with dichloropolydiorganosiloxane of formula , wherein R' is methyl and phenyl and n=160-250, in organic solvent in presence of hydrogen chloride accepting base added when polycondensation is completed, followed by ageing for 40-80 C. EFFECT: achieved elasticity and heat resistance of vulcanizate. 1 tbl, 5 ex
